Q Text file. Check to have the SMDR Service write call data to a text file in the location of
your choice. Click
Settings to set file location and archiving options in the Text File
Output Settings dialog box.
You can set the following text file options:
Q Click to specify a new location or filename for the file.
Q Check Archive Log Daily to have TeleVantage automatically begin writing to a
new file every midnight, leaving the previous day’s file as an archive. The
filenames are numbered sequentially. Click to specify the location for the
archive files.
