Setting Up SMDR Call Output (continued)
SETTING UP SMDR CALL OUTPUT VIA THE DET
See table on page 277 for more information about each setting.
NOTE
chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
Specifying the SMDR Call Output for Outgoing Calls:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 above):
4) Enter 03-31-01.
5) Press save to display the SMDR Output selection screen for Outgoing Calls.
6) Press chg to specify whether or not you want to record for outgoing calls in the SMDR.
• Valid choices are Y (yes) or N (no).
• The default is Y (yes) - include outgoing calls.
7) Press next to display the Output selection screen for Incoming calls.
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Specifying the SMDR Call Output for Incoming Calls:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 above):
4) Enter 03-31-02.
5) Press save to advance to the SMDR Output selection screen for Incoming Calls.
6) Press chg to specify whether or not you want to record incoming calls in the SMDR.
• Valid choices are Y (yes) or N (no).
• The default is N (No) - do NOT include incoming calls.
7) Press next to display the Output selection screen for Account Codes.
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
