Set the Call Handling Digits via the DET (continued)

Programming the VM Table – Prefix Table – ICM/VM:

From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 370):

4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-01 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).

5) Press save to display the ICM/VM screen.

6) Press chg.

7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use when identifying a call as originating at the mailbox

owner’s phone.

8) Press save to store the setting.

9) Press next to continue programming the Prefix Table - Transfer (now to go step 6 in the next section).

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).

Programming the VM Table – Prefix Table – Transfer:

4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-02 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).

5) Press save to display the Transfer screen.

6) Press chg.

7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use to identify a call as transferred to mailbox.

8) Press save to store the setting.

9) Press next to continue programming the Prefix Table - Busy FWD (now go to step 6 in the next section).

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
