When you are finished:
3) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
4) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
When you have finished all programming changes:
5) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.

chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
4) Enter 03-46 (see information in the following sections for making Automated Attendant settings - see table
on page
302 for details about each of these settings.).
5) Press next to go on to other AAM programming screens.
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).

The alternate answer position you want to use for each tenant group
(1 to 3).
This answer position is the DX-120 system directory num-
ber (extension, UCD group, or virtual number) to which you want the
system to route callers when they cannot be routed automatically.
Acceptable entries include any valid directory number.
The default is extension 101.
Eve
The evening answer position you want to use for each tenant group
(1 to 3).
