Programming Automated Attendant via the DET (continued)
Programming the DISA Code:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 303):
4) Enter 03-46-07.
5) Press save to display the DISA Code screen.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the new DISA Code digit (see IMPORTANT! note on page 311).
• Use the DISA code to provide a caller access to any system resource (e.g., extensions, CO lines, etc.).
• The code may be any dial pad single-digit from 0-9, *, or #.
• The default is 9.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the Answer Position screen (now go to step 6 in “Selecting the Answering Position:”
below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Selecting the Answering Position:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 303):
4) Enter 03-46-08.
5) Press save to display the Answering Position screen.
6) Press show to display the Tenant screen.
• Since answering positions may be assigned as unique destinations per tenant group, the system
requires you to enter the tenant group now.
7) Enter the tenant group (1~3) for which you want to make programming changes.
8) Press show to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the Current Day Mode - Answer Position for the tenant group you specified above
(now go to step 6 in
“Setting the Current Day Mode - Answer Position:” below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
