Set the Call Handling Digits via the DET (continued)
Programming the VM Table – Prefix Table – Busy FWD:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 370):
4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-03 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).
5) Press save to display the Busy FWD screen.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use to identify a call as forwarded from a busy mailbox.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to continue programming thePrefix Table - No Answer FWD (now go to step 6 in the next
section).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Programming VM Table – Prefix Table – No Answer FWD:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 370):
4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-04 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).
5) Press save to display the No Answer FWD screen.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use to identify a call when forwarded from a mailbox-no
answer.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to continue programming the Prefix Table - Direct FWD (now go to step 6 in the next section).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
