Once all toll restrictions are set for Extension COS and CO Line COS:
11) Click located below the center of the scroll list to enter your settings in the table.
12) Assign the appropriate COS for the affected extensions in both Day and Evening modes.
NOTE
You can set up toll restrictions for another tenant group by going back to step 2,
selecting a new tenant group, then following the remaining steps.
When all assignments have been made:
13) Click the Update button to enter and save your settings into the database on your local disk.
14) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
Once all database changes have been completed:
15) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.
CLASS OF SERVICE AND DIGIT INTERVALS VIA THE DET
NOTE
chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
Setting the Beginning of the Interval Range for the Tenant Group:
4) Enter 05-01-X-NNN (where X is the tenant group: 1~3; and NNN is the restriction number you want to
program: 001~100).
5) Press save to display the “FROM” screen of the tenant group and restriction you specified.
6) Press chg to change the start of this interval range (FROM).
7) Enter the first number in the range of digits you want to allow.
• Valid options include digits 0-9 and # (all).
• The default is 0.
EXAMPLE
If you want to restrict long distance and operator calls, enter 2 in this field. This
way, the system does not allow 0 and 1 as possible digits in the first position of the
dial string.
If you want to allow all long distance and operator calls in this toll restriction, enter
0 in this field.
