Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
To Record an agent's conversation from the UCD supervisor station:
IMPORTANT: A [Two Way Recording] button must be programmed for this feature.
1. Dial the busy agent station.
2. At the busy tone, press the {UCD Status} flex button.
Monitoring begins (the supervisor can hear, but not speak to the agent).
3. Press [Two Way Recording].
This begins recording of the agent’s conversation. When recording ends, it is stored
as a message in the supervisor’s voice mailbox.
UCD Group Database and Routing Information
To run the UCD Statistics Report:
1. Press the [Supervisor Status] flex button.
The Status & Control Menu is displayed.
2. Press 1 to view UCD call statistics for the group. The statistics will appear as follows:
- UCD Group
- Total Calls
- Average Call Time
- Average Ring Time
- Busy Count and Time
- Number of calls in queue
- Average and Longest Queued Time
- Unanswered Call Count
To Access the UCD Routing Database:
1. Press the [Supervisor Status] flex button.
The UCD Menu options are displayed.
2. Press 2 to select the UCD Database option.
3. Use the navigation up and down buttons to make a selection from the database items:
UCD Database
Overflow Destination- station/group
Overflow Time- xxx seconds
Wrap-Up Time- xxx seconds
4. Enter the appropriate data, as needed.
5. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to store the changes.
