ADMIN PROGRAMMING
Set Pick-Up Group Attributes
Hunt Group Name Service
The name of the Hunt Group can be programmed to be displayed upon calls coming into
Circular/Terminal, UCD, and Ring Hunt Group types (see "General Conditions" on page 1-96
and ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
CONDITIONS
When a Group Name has been programmed, the following conditions exist when the
specified call type is answered:
- Answered incoming CO Calls -the group name appears on the first line of the display
(instead of "LINE RINGING").
- Answered incoming ICM Calls - the group name appears on the third line of the
display (instead of "HUNT CALL").
The maximum length of a Hunt Group Name is 12 characters. Displayed group names are
truncated if they exceed the length of the LCD field/line.
If a group name is not assigned, the group number will be displayed instead.
Ring/Hunt group name not supported for external voice mail groups
PICK-UP GROUP ATTRIBUTES
Auto Pick-up -- if value is set to ON, and there is ringing at a
hunt member, another hunt member can pickup the call
automatically by pressing the [SPEAKER] button or going
off-hook.

All Ring -- if value is set to ON, and a hunt group member
receives an intercom call, then all hunt group member stations
will ring.
NOTE: Auto Pickup Admin program must be set to ON.
