Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
Chime Bell
A flex button can be set up to activate a time chime bell from one station to another. When the
"Chime Bell Activate" (master) station presses the Chime Bell flex button, the "Chime Bell
Receive" (slave) station sounds the "chime".
CONDITIONS
The chime stops when the Chime Bell Timer expires.
A response cannot be made to a Chime Bell.
If the "Chime Bell Receive" station is busy or off-hook, a "mute" ring sounds instead.
The master station and slave station should both be phones (vs. DSS Console, etc.).
