OPERATION / SETUP
If there are multiple CO Calls ringing at a station and the call is answered at one of the stations,
the call with the highest priority will automatically be answered first.
Ring Assignment
When a destination (station, hunt group, or voice mail announcement) with a designated Ring
Assignment receives incoming CO line calls while on a call, a muted ring sounds to signal the
user that a call is coming in.
CONDITIONS
Any CO Line Ring Assignment can be programmed for multiple stations or all stations.
And each ring to a station can be set for a delayed.
The ring assignment is individually applied to ring modes (that is, Day, Night, Weekend, or
On-demand) see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
Every CO Line must be assigned to an Attendant Station by default.
Digital phone must have a CO or LOOP button in order to receive CO line calls.
