To control Agent Duty status:
1. Press the [Supervisor Status] flex button.
The UCD menu options are displayed.
2. Press 3, then 2 to display the Duty option set for the first agent in the list.
3. Press * to scroll through the list of agents.
4. Press 0 (Off Duty) or 1 (On Duty) to change duty status for the currently displayed
agent.
To output Agent Statistics Report:
IMPORTANT: Be sure UCD Print programming is set up properly (see ADMIN
PROGRAMMING).
1. Press the [Supervisor Status] flex button.
The UCD menu options are displayed.
2. Press 3, then # to select the Duty Print option set for the first agent in the list.
3. Use * or # to display information for the next agent in the list.
4. Press [MUTE] to initialize the database (that is, to prevent overlap of future reports).
NOTE: The following is an example of the statistical information that prints out for a
specific agent.
