SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
To delete a recorded paging message:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 65.
The existing recorded message plays.
2. Press [SPEED] while the recorded message is playing to deleted it.
A confirmation tone sounds.

1. Press [TRANS/PGM].
2. Enter 67 to delete the message.
A confirmation tone sounds.
To send a VMIB message as a page:
Lift the handset, then enter the designated page code (5xx).
The recorded VMIB message is played through the paging system.
SOS Paging (Digital Phones only)
The system allows the recording of multiple VMIB messages for pre-recorded paging. In the
case of an emergency, a recorded VMIB message can be sent to any or all paging zone.
CONDITIONS
A Flex button must be assigned on a digital phone.
This feature is only available using the (above mentioned) Flex button when the phone is
in an idle state.
The VMIB message for SOS Paging must be recorded only at an Attendant station.
Paging zones include internal, external, and all-call paging area.
VMIB SOS paging is not restricted by the VMIB Paging timer. VMIB SOS paging can
continued whether or not the Paging Timeout timer expires.
OPERATION / SETUP
To assign VMIB SOS Paging at a Flex button:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then press the Flex button to be assigned.
2. Enter the designated paging code (5xx), then the message number (001-070).
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE].
To use VMIB SOS paging:
Press the assigned VMIB SOS Paging Flex button.
