OPERATION / SETUP
To assign a Call Forward to a Flex button:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then press the Flex button to be assigned.
2. Press [DND].
3. Press one of the following to assign the associated Call Forward type:
1 = Call Forward, Unconditional
2 = Call Forward, Busy
3 = Call Forward, No Answer
4 = Call Forward, Busy/No Answer
5 = Unconditional Station Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
6 = No Answer Station Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
7 = Incoming CO Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
8 = Unconditional Station Off-Network Call Forward with Tel Number
9 = No Answer Station Off-Network Call Forward with Tel Number
0 = Follow Me Call forward (see CONDITIONS)
4. Dial the number of the destination to which calls will be forwarded.
5. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to store the setting.
To activate Call Forward:
1. Go off-hook.
2. Press [DND/FWD].
3. Press the appropriate Forward flex button for the forward type to be activated, if
available. Then, hang up.

Press one of the following to assign the associated the Call Forward type:
1 = Call Forward, Unconditional
2 = Call Forward, Busy
3 = Call Forward, No Answer
4 = Call Forward, Busy/No Answer
5 = Unconditional Station Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
6 = No Answer Station Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
7 = Incoming CO Off-Network Call Forward (see CONDITIONS)
8 = Unconditional Station Off-Network Call Forward with Tel Number
9 = No Answer Station Off-Network Call Forward with Tel Number
0 = Follow Me Call forward (see CONDITIONS)
